Nanushka offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We strive to make the process seamless to ensure your contemporary wardrobe pieces meet every expectation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location and retain your receipt for tracking until your refund is processed.
